About Me

I am a Facility Management Professional (FMP) with over 20 years of experience in various industries, such as retail, banking, hospitality, medical technologies, logistics, and real estate. Currently, I manage more than 800 facilities across both private and government sectors, including ATMs, bank branches, corporate office buildings, warehouses, fitness centers, residential complexes, central kitchens, turnkey factories, commercial centers, and government buildings. I develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize building operations, maintenance, and sustainability. I also coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality services, safety, and security. In addition to my facility management role, I am also a certified trainer and instructor, delivering training courses across various management disciplines, such as process improvement, people management, and administration. I provide participants with practical knowledge and industry insights, empowering them to enhance their skills and competencies. I have a passion for imparting knowledge and sharing best practices, and I strive to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
